Default Daytona Voyager GTX boots

Well I've had these boots a week now and so far they have been blinding. Done about 300 miles in some nasty rain and cold and so far my feet have stayed lovely and dry, been told they have been tested to 45psi. I do get a little bit of a chill after about a hour of riding but I'll just wear some thicker socks or something.
The price... 155 quid from Infinity in Southampton. They have a life time guarantee so if there are any failures I just send them back and with the miles I'm doing I'll need it.

Marketing pishh...
Soft special hydrophobia treated cow hide. Side zip fastener with leather covering. Adjustable calf region by use of burr adhesion fastener. Highly elastic inserts for heel and instep. Plastic reinforcement in shin area, latex foam padding on both sides of the ankle. 3M ScotchliteTM reflectors in the heel and on the sides. Abrasion resistant PU foam cushion for gear change. Insole reinforced with zinc plated steel insert bonded in plastic. Preformed inner sole for added comfort. PU-foam cushion layer between insole and sole. Special rubber sole with studded profile and heel

Daytona =

I'm on my second pair of Roadstar GTX, bloody excellent, warm and waterproof as in the water doesn't get inside, unlike some manufacturers definition of waterproof which is subtly different.
