Default FORK PRE-LOAD ADJUSTERS ON A 'NAKED'

Has anyone fitted Pre-load adjusters to their Naked ??.....

I have a 2000 Wreg with standard bars. Does anyone know if there's enough clearance 'tween the top of the fork to the bars for these to fit ?

Dont want to buy some and then look a total tozzer for not doin' my home work.....

If they do fit, is it just a case of a straight swap for the standard tops ???
Then my front end wil be adjustable.??...

Or is there more to it.?...

Fanx for the help.
Alex.

Certainly should fit, I'm sure the K2 nekkid would have them... It's just a straight swap but you also need the blank washer and either the K2 spacers or you need to cut your own down.

For a cheap fix you can use PVC pipe or aluminum tubing to make new spacers. Be very careful with the threads too, the metal is quite soft.

The actual K2 parts cost not much anyway, so I just bought them for simplicity- easier than trying to get lengths of PVC pipe home on a bike
