Pretty straightforward for the injected bike, as i understand it... I think the GSXR yokes from 01 onwards bolt right up. You'd do better posting something in Tuning and Tweaking for the info, and going to Ebay or breakers for the bits.

What he said

You'll need (besides the forks):
Front wheel
Front wheel axle
Front wheel brake discs
Brake calipers
Clip-ons
Triples/yokes if they don't come with the forks

Speedohealer, and mount it onto the front sprocket shaft... Apparently

it's much easier for the carbed models, that's what we get for having more difficult yoke swaps

Like i say, i haven't done it, but that's the gist of it. The speedo drive is the tricky bit, on the injected bike.

(on the carbed model, you can mountth drive onto the rear axle)

No, for me thats the easiest bit. i can hook an elcetronic one up, in fact i might do away with the stock clocks altogether. they suck anyway! what i'll do is get a sexy little unit in and get that fiberglassed into a fancy dash. my mate does all the car stereo installations like that stupid program from sky tv 'Ponce my ride'
