R&G - Quality service

I took advantage of the recent Carole Nash offer to supply new customers with free R&G crash protectors.

Despite the fact that I emphasised that mine has the full fairing when I took out the insurance, and that the crash protectors they'd need to order would need to be specific to that model, when they arrived yesterday they were for a naked / top faired model only.

A quick call to R&G yesterday afternoon and I was wondering how this would go since they'd been ordered as part of an offer from Carole Nash Insurance. What a surprise to receive such a good professional response at the other end of the phone.
And what an even greater surprise to receive the correct kit at my door this morning!
