Default Good service from Pyramid Plastics

E-mailed Pyramid Plastics the other day as I had a problem with my belly pan, namely that when I removed it to do a oil and filter change the rubber grommets at the front tore apart.
So I gave Pyramid a e-mail to ask how much some replacements would be.
Got a reply a few days later asking for my address and telling me there would be no change, much happier person I sent them my address.
Next day I get an e-mail telling me it’s in the post and should be with me tomorrow.
Good Customer service there, I'm a much happier person now....
Will be using them again now.. maybe for that hugger I was looking at.

Pyramid get from me.

Double whammy- I might look at getting a belly pan from them and this story has made me more inclined to do so.

Well it cheered me up... maybe you could mention that you bought it due to a happy customer on this site. Might encourage them to keep at it.

Will do. I think I'll wait till the rideout and have a gander at other K4 S models with bellypans, see what the colour match is like, fit, etc. I've been happy with the fender extender I got from them.

Well I know my colour matched bellypan is very close to my original body work colour.
