Default Flushmount blinkrate?

Hi everybody,

I'm thinking of getting some new indicators for my k3s.

Do you have any tips on how to avoid problems with the blinkrate?

Will the wattage of the bulb affect the blinkrate? The ones I've been looking at have 10w or 21w, the ones in the OEM ones are 23w.

The power rating of the bulbs will directly affect the blinkrate.
The less power drawn the faster the blink rate (up to the point where they don't come on at all)
If you put 10W bulbs in, you need to either change the flasher unit or put resistors in to make the power usage the same as with 23W bulbs in.
21W bulbs should be more or less ok, though.

english law states that the blink rate must be between 60 - 120 blinks per minute

go with the 21s and itll go fatser (not much) but will still be legal as changing the wattage that much will barley affect the blink rate enough to slow it down or speed it up enough to make it illegal.
