i would like somebody to adjust the placing of my led on my alarm.
i have an alarm on my bike (meta) but the placing of the led is crap i would like someone to move it to a better place on the bike if you can help please let me know anyone else i have asked workshops etc have wanted about £50.00

to do the job surely it cant be that much work. i would do it myself but i dont know a thing about electrics. other than it hurts when you touch the live wire. so if you can help let me know how much and i will get back to you. thanks james. full time member of soho massive since 1 month ago!!!!!!!

It's easy, I've put the led in the clocks of my SV1000, much neater, if you're in Soho Friday I'll tell you how to go about it.

I would just leave it where it is.

With 12 volt it doesn't...... Unless you touch the - to the +

Which is why you should remove the - connection first when removing the battery.

And attach to your left arm while touching the ground (make sure its wet, if not hold onto a earth rod) and then right arm into plug socket to ground yourself properly before you start any work on the bike.

That should do it, i think, or am i wrong.

I'm on the 3rd LED for the Alarm (Data Tool) as the guy in the shop placed it on the Reg plate holder... Vibration of the bike caused the small soldering joints to become week and brittle, So resolder one of those keyring LED's and relocated it between the rear brake LEDs

trouble is thats not legal at all but looks damm good

Why isn't that legal? Surely it's not lit when he's riding, cos the alarm won't be armed.
