Chewy's set's great, but it doesn't cover it all... I'm just working through mine replacing a bunch of other parts myself, though I'll be using stainless and just the occasional ti one. The joy of the SV is it uses very standardised bolt sizes, so all I've done is bought 2 big assortments off Ebay, I think most of what I'm after will be covered by it (though I expect to do a lot of grinding)

Andrew, how much do you espect to be paying for the bolts? I'd maybe look at some ti bits for the unsprung parts, just for tartiness... (though maybe not- considering that the stock SV wheel weighs about 6 kilos naked, saving a few grams on botls isn't a priority for me )

Are they pure Titanium or an alloy like 7075?
Pure Titanium bolts would be insanely expensive

As far as I know no bolts are pure titanium as it's a soft metal, they come in alloy grades. Anything ordered here in the uk is very expensive (£50~ for the crankcase replacement bolts for SV on ebay, chewy price included). This is a chinese manufacturer and through bulk will be relatively cheap.

I was intending to replace any bolts that have rusted. There are quite a few. Engine ones, caliper bolts and so on.
