Default Absolutely Baffled...

As the title says. I am baffled by these baffles for my BlueFlame. Well not the baffles themselves, but rather the circlips which don't fit into the hold properly... Also there's nothing for the circlips to (cir)clip into!

Oh well, best hope the Bikesafe people take pity...

I think at the end of the day they'd rather the test was open to everybody than turn some peope away just because they can't work out how to put their cans back together

There should be a little recess or grove for the circlip

I will go and have a look at mine and see if I can work it out for you

if it were a race can then there wouldnt be any baffles. i had the blue flame power port dual exit Titanium can not so long ago but have since upgraded to a full race moto gp system (its amazing - get one) i got the race version of the blueflame can but opted for the baffles as well just incase bobby law got involved, the circlips are on the inside of the exits and have two small holes in each end of them, get a pair of circlip pliers and insert the pins into the holes and squeeze the pliers, remember, you may need to invert the function of the circlips to close rather than open.

hope this helps

Trick, does this mean you'll be posting a bit more over here? Always though that was a bit perverse of you to be active on SV Rider and a ghost here...
