Default Hey... just a quickie to let you know how Im doing...

well Im back - online at least.

Apologies to anyone I upset last week. It wasnt my intention to upset anyone and one of the side effects of an illness that you cant control your impulses or how you see things.

Huge thanks to everyone who has offered me support, help and just an ear to talk to and a shoulder to cry on.

The up side is the antidepressants have finally kicked in and Im a bit more stable and not so down. Sleeping tablets should now sort out the lack of sleep bit. Not having slept properly for months hasnt helped. The best describtion someone put it was run ragged. Not far off.

Im not so much in the abyss of the depression anymore and can see the light ahead now. Just hoping its not the usual flamethrower

Probably wont be around in person for another week or 2... still need to rest. But just wanted to apologise to those I need to apologise to and thank everyone for your help and support. Its meant a huge amount to me at what has been unquestionably the lowest point of my life.

Sorry to hear you're not well Lyn (must have missed something last week), depression is an awful illness, I've been there on and off for about 10 years. Glad the medication is kicking in, you'll soon be up and about as before (just don't try to come off it too early)

Look forward to seeing you back in Soho (well if you see what I mean ) and hope you carry on making a good recovery. I might even make you a chocolate cake . You know where I am if you need anything.
