Default Oh No My CCC

This is the result of an idiot dog walker not having his dog on a lead.
Me and my Uncle were enjoying a ride out on the A5, Bewts-y-coed, North Wales. We had been following a cop so we were not going to hard as they might be waiting for us. I came round a bend and to my supprise there was this mut running at me, i anchord on as another bend was aproaching, instinct i guess, and had just finnished hurling abuse at the pillock to get his dog on a lead before it caused an accident, and then, BANG! my unc had come round the corner not seeing me.
It sent the both of us flying, i'm not supprised as he was riding a Kawasaki 1100 Zephyr, it weighs a 1/4 of a ton, and that against my SV! it felt like a train had hit me!
My uncle broke three vertibrae in his back, he can feel his legs and just about walk (in agony) I on the otherhand didnt break a single bone, we were both lucky though.
A BIG THANX to all the people that stopped to help us out, hope you read this.
Here are a few pics of my SV at the recovery compound, sorry about the quality but you can make it out whats what, the bummer is though, is that i had just put my newly sprayed hugger, belly-pan, under-tray and ccc titanium oval exhaust on,
is it a write off or not? theres some front dammage too, my left mirror, front left fairing scraped a bit like the back quarter, my handlebar-end bent and a nice dent in the tank!, oh well, nevermind we're just glad to be alive.
A BIG THANKX to Cloggsy for hosting my pics, Cheer's pal.

That sucks the big one, some of the corners around Bettws-y-Coed are nasty.
First time I went through there I had no idea at all about them, was happily trundling along at 60 and got dazzled by a car. By the time I got my vision back I barely had space to see the chevrons and brake hard for an evil and narrow s-bend with dry walls and trees to make me feel comfortable.

Possable case to call on the owner of the dog?

Farmers are responsible for their cattle and the gates on the fields, so why not dog owners?

Default One man & his dog!

Yeah, the man ought to be punnished for not being responcible, but he left us for dead, i think he new that he would be liable, that's why he did one, and the police could'nt find any trace of him.
What a w!"*er

sorry to hear this, i wish u both a speedy recovery!

Depending on the insurance co. it could be a write off, tanks are 350 quid and farings about £125 at the front plus the rear and any bent brackets!

so it looks liek it might be hope not for ur sake, make sure u have access to it erither way to get back the fancy bits!
