Default Luggage for SV (Tankbags/Tail Packs)?

I'm planing a long trip on my curvie, has anyone got any tips on which type/brand luggage to use.

i've used Oxford Humpback tank bag and panniers - nice bits of kit. Do the job and don't affect the bike at all. Don't use a tail pack cos I carry a pillion a fair bit.

If you're interested, http://www.forestedge-retail.co.uk/ are the cheapest supplier of Oxford gear i could find. £50 less per item than some outlets.

They also do some deals on ebay for full sets so check there too.

being a cheap skate i use the oxford first range, cheap and sturdy does the job and they not to bad

i got oxford first time panniers and tank bag and tested them out on the way to cornwall,

if anything - they had too much space.

they were easy to fit and didnt get in the way of the mirrors

only 2 compaints tho

1 - tank bag woulnt let me get under the windscreen - but its a tank bag - what do you expect

2- one of the panniers has ripped and now has a hole in, i dont know anyone else who has anything bad to say about em - so could just be me.
