Gel seat - SV650.org

A mate of mine rides a K3 and is looking for a gel seat to make life more comfortable.

Where can he get one and how much will it set him back?

Suzuki did one, some people have had trouble fitting them (the OEM seat), but I've had my one on and off loads of times without any trouble.

Having looked at the Suzuki site, it appears that they no longer do them, but it might be worth asking at a dealers as they may be able to get hold of one.

If you have no luck in Britain, I think Oneida Suzuki (google it) are still able to supply them.

have a look on www.svrider.com cos there are/were some for sale, you might persuade someone to mail it uk-wards

otherwise carsick's suggestion is the best

they can be tricky to fit, dont go on as easy as the standard seat but they all do that.

Oneida Suzuki has some of the best prices for gel seats. Or luck out and get a steal off of eBay. I have the OEM gel seat and it makes a world of difference, and I know many people can justify that!

well done fella they have gel seats for a K4 , which I've had trouble finding on this little island. $107.99 CAD so I guess about £45... will send them an email about shipping.
