Default Battery?

I think mindes ****ed. will only start the bike 3 or 4 times then wants a charge. How do i test it? how much are new ones?

Is the SV650S curvy battery under the seat like on my sv400s and the tank has a bit of metal plate that rests onto it?

My battery went a while ago, took it into the local dealer and they tested it.

Cost me £24....I think, can't remember but it was something like that.

Pointy SV is under the front bit of the seat, need to take off 2 small side panels to get to it - don't know about the curvy.

Yeah curvy is under the front seat. Remove the 2 bits of black plastic under the seat using a 6mm allen key (not supplied in my tool kit ) then the seat comes by removing the 2 bolts. Think they are around 17mm size or so. There is a black plastic bit with some fuses on it and the battery is under this.
