The bloke riding it was 6' 8", covered in tattoos & looked 'ard as...
I didn't like to point out the error of his colour scheme

Well its a hardley lump, the frame looks custom hard tail... some work has gone into it,

And SV in the reg number denotes that it was first registered in Aberdeen. Nice one!
My old bike's reg number was SV 53 FKO. A pretty good one for an SV I thought. Oh and BTW, I saw a nekid SV thou at my local B&Q painted in gixer colours. Will try and upload a piccy from my phone tonight
