Default Rear wheel clearance

I am planning on changing the rear undertray to either a peice of ally sheet or perspex sheet.

Is there any possability that the wheel might touch the undertray?? Looking at the OEM one, it is shaped, but is it because the wheel goes that heigh or is it cosmetic.

Considering i will most likley jack up the suspention there might be no problem at all.

The indent is there for a purpose.

So i will have to jack the the suspention for it to be ok. Ive seen someone do it on sv rider but he did not say if he jacked up the suspention.
