Well I thought so, until I saw the price :

You could buy an Autocom (at 50% discount) for £75 which would give you more than enough audio into your lid, and also much better funcionality (and comfort).

The koss ones are cheaper, as are the sony ones. Both are based on the same principle.

Problem is though, taking off your helmet can be very painful!

I have the shure ec3's. I wore them once on the bike with tomtom connected. Not too bad, but painful due to plastic bits sticking into your ears from the pressure from the lid.

Good quality sound from them though. Have a look on ebay, i got mine shipped from the states (as a gift from my long lost reletive you understand...)

Summary Forget what your mother told you about sticking things in holes you shouldn't, and the E4cs are a very impressive set of earphones

using these at the moment.

they are pretty good, you can get some wind noise at about 70mph but you can still hear the music,

these are the best earphones ive tested so far.

Look like the Sony phons I have. Sound quality is better than anything I've used before, my only issue is that I have small ears so they can still get alittle uncomfortable after a while even using the samllest buds.

I have listened to those Sure ones, and to be honest, they are good, but they aint £145 better than the Sony MDR74's in above posts...as for listening to them on the bike! I love my music, but would never listen to music on the bike!
