Absolute b*****ks!
There may be other manufacturers who may have products that are of a higher quality but how on earth do you expect a titanium race can to go 15k miles without getting it repacked? They just aren't designed to go that long. Sure, the strap shouldn't have caused a problem but *that* is what happens when the packing gets very thin due to lack of maintenance! A titanium can with very little packing will eventually fracture of it's own accord due to the power pulses of the v-twin engine. Titanium is a very fragile material, particularly when used for applications such as this. My Akrapovic race cans used to need repacking at least once, if not twice, a season and a season is only a dozen long weekends! |

Mike, i agree on the packing etc, but my BF can went after about 600 miles, and again 1000 miles later. Thier product just isnt as good as the Akraphobic or other quality products out there
