i even got out on the bike for a few miles!

and for me to ride in january is saying something. global warmings great!!

altho to be honest it wasnt that warm, but it was enjoyable, and i'm sure the steed appreciated the run too!

sunny and warm darn sarfffff!!!!

Dragged Coombest out for a blat around the sussex countryside and he almost kept up for once. May well have kept up if his Tona had started without the aid of some jump leads

Yup, yesterday was bootiful down 'ere. I took suziblue out for a ride, six weeks standing and started first time on the button (FI i love it

) she must have been desperate. This afternoon was spent washing her and fitting a couple of extras.
With Arsenal losing yesterday

It made a great weekend.

Lovely down this way saturday, we went all over south wales hills. Bit cooler today but still nice for mucking around. Feels so good to get out this time of year

Humm Ya'll need to take your holiday in Florida. The past 2 days have been sunny and wonderfull with temps in the 26-27C range.

Misty all day here, cold too. 3C, high of 4C maybe. Brrr. I went to the gym and did a boxercise class, followed by a laze in the sauna.
