Did Mitsubishi make my SV's ECU?!
If not, why is their logo on it?

They could have done ( they are one of the worlds largest electronic parts/products producers )

Yes, they probably did... Mitsubishi make loads of electronics for other manufacturers - we've got machines at work that have loads of Mitsubishi parts in even though the companies that make 'em are not part of Mitsubishi... they're just a verym very big electronics manufacturer. And the ECU's on both my SV's have the same Mitsi mark.
