ordered to remove her black hat with a maroon ribbon for "security reasons". Apparently, there was a risk she would not be recognised on CCTV cameras covering the trendy bar if she started any trouble.

you herd about that guy on the news that threw junk mail into a public bin?
utter madness! and it was on tv today about a bloke who went to B&Q and purchased 10litres of paint, he went to catch the bus home and the bus driver refused to let him on the bus because the paint was a toxic liquid.

Not quite as reported though (surprise there then!).

He had put a bag of household rubbish into a public litter bin, kitchen stuff and all, and in the bag was the junk mail. Council aren't too keen on folks using litter bins for their dustbins. Since I'm paying for it, I tend to agree with the Council on this one.
