Good on ya.. im going to give it another 15 years in employment then set up my own consultancy firm in Sales Improvement, Profit Enhancement/Cost Reduction. Just learning what i need to do now in my current role, like Rubberduck, the firm i work for is E-commerce. Keep us posted as to how your business grows... id love to hear your success story.
