Default Taken out by a white van this morning - ouch !

Yep, been back on the road for a couple of weeks, and a white van took me out on the way to work this morning - b*stard didn't even stop

He pulled out of a petrol station on the other side of the road, I braked and swerved, but he sideswiped me and sent me off
I hit the kerb & then clocked up some flying time, but there were no roadsigns, so I had a nice gentle landing this time
My leather jacket has a few more scuffs, and someone seems to have left the imprint of a back protector on it

Bike is a bit of a mess, but not as bad as it could have been

Who's been adjusting my mirrors !

Radiator is sprung - coolant leaked out, but the R&G did its job this time

Going to need a new wheel as well I guess - I hope the forks aren't damaged

I have a witness who was following me, and I've already spoken to the garage about getting hold of the CCTV tapes, so Mr Plod might be able to catch the swine

I'm just off to the local A&E to get my ribs checked as they're a bit painful

see you shortly

ps - don't tell Mrs Toad or she won't let me out to play any more

Hit & Run, deffo the garage should have CCTV of the van.

What a bummer.

Suzuki should realy not make the rad so wide, a little shorter and a tad taller would save the rad in most spills.

After seeing this, I think it's time me got some R&G's!
Least it's bent the bolt that's attached to the adaptor, not the engine

Least your 'ok', well, see what hopsital says about your ribs.. Good luck.

2 Quick questions if I may though, Noticed you havd R&G's on the front spindle did/do they help much on a prang?
Is that steering damper standard on a thou or aftermarket??

Hope you catch the tw*t that caused this ....

Cheers Mark.
