Default Clutch start switch....

is there any adjustment in it? When firing my bike up, it takes the full travel of the clutch lever (plus a bit more) to allow it to fire.

It wasn't like that original, just seems to have happened over the last month or so. Adjusted the clutch free play at the lever but it's made little if no difference.

Anyone any ideas or help?

Thanks

You could try building up the bit on the lever that preses the switch down.

Disablign is the easiest option mate, mine did the exact same when I bought it, I couldnt start it for ages cos my dad brought it home and then went out, left me with the keys so I could at least guess what it sounded like! I was thinking "I swear this doesn't have an immobiliser"

AAAAAaaaanyway, just connect the 2 wires going from the underside of the clutch lever hinge and tuck them away. Piece of cake and you can evem start it with one hand! The novelty!
