Garage recommendations?
Dear SV'ers
Can anyone recommend a good (ie reliable, thorough, honest, reasonably priced) garage in the Solent (Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester) region? I would like to have my new SV looked at as it hasn't been ridden for 6 month by the previous owner and it's "surging" a bit while cruising. I haven't the tools or skills to check it out myself  Thanks in advance Terence |

Might seem like a daft question, but if it's been stood for 6 months have you tried fresh fuel?

... even so I would still like to have a recommendation on a garage/dealer.
Living in Gosport, the closest one I know about is Trevor Pope Motorcycles. Any feedback on them? PM me if you'd rather not reply to the forum. Thanks |

Crescent Suzuki west of Soton in Verwood are good.
Dont use Rob Wilshers though in Hamble they are C$@p. |

Crescent are good, but not cheap.
I've not heard a great deal about Trevor Pope, but my riding school used them and were happy enough. |

Avoid Bikers of North Baddesley. I've heard good things about Trevor Pope.
