Get there early - it might take some time to find a slot for your bike - there is a bike bay on Dean Street, but it's usually pretty busy. There are also bike bays on the corners of Soho Square. Don't be tempted to park anywhere or you will def get a ticket
Can't you get changed at the venue - a quick trip to the loo for a Superman impression, and grovel nicely to the receptionist for somewhere to leave your gear - done this many times

Think this is going to have to be my option, just a bit of a pain

Cheers for the heads up on parking

What toad said, but also what time do you need to be in soho for and how much stuff do you have to store and for how long?

We are located just off oxford street and the boss also bikes (on a 125 ped) so he understands what its like at times.

If it helps i can ask him if you can store your stuff here but you'll have to let me know all the above first before i can ask him.
