Default Getting my wheels coated, what finish? Gloss? Satin?

So i'm planning on getting my SRAD front and SV rear wheels coated black
Do i need to replace the bearings due to the powder coating process?
Can anyone recomend a site to buy bearings, get the right codes etc?

Many thanks
Ash

You could try here. Make sure you get/ask for the 2RS ie rubber sealed ones.

Cheers

Varies £25-35 a wheel for 'Basic' Colours.... £40 metallic...etc. etc.

Depends what you want doing to them really. I had mine a 'basic' blue on the spokes and edge rim bit, and left the actual outer rim ( ) to be polished (ran out of money and painted them. they will get done at some point )

Errrrmm just notced your in Belgium so any shops over here won't be much use to you

I know that in Belgium the prices will be different, but not much I think. It's just to get an idea

I meant more that if i recommended a shop in the UK it'd be useless as it'd cost a fortune to ship the wheels here etc.

It's not overly expensive to get them done though.

I was £100 to get both cleaned and coated in my gold metallic, including the sprocket carrier. You could get it done cheaper, but I knew my guy at BBS wouldn't balls it up, no coat in the threads or on the disc surfaces etc. Perfect job.
