Default Hangover cures

I was out on an all day bender yesterday and feel like I have Big Daddy sat on my head screaming "Easy! Easy!" My usual tonic of pint of milk, pint of OJ and a double sausage McMuffin just isn't doing it.

Any ideas. Please keep them in lower case I just cant handle any shouting

a 'proper' bloody mary :-

tomato juice / worcester sauce / balck pepper / garlic or celery salt / coarse grain horseradish / lemon or lime juice (preferably fresh) & of course vodka !!

or

a 'red-eye' :-

1/2 pt lager / 1/2 pint tomato juice / 1 raw egg on top - drink in one go !!

best of luck !!

P.S. I've never had a hangover in my life (these recipe's are from my time in the pub trade) so I can't offer sympathy cos I don't know what you're going through !!

A hangover is just dehydration, that's what alcahol does to the body.

You need saline, eight teaspoons of sugar and a level teaspoon of salt in a pint of water.
You will feel as if you may chuck, but you will not.

You can change the taste with honey or lemon juice if you like.

Hour and a half you will be feeling a lot better.

Couldnt agree more Cuffy.

Big fat greasy fry up then down the local for a few steady halves. Gets you back to normal no problem.
