Just wondered everyone's pet hate is when it comes to crappy road driving, obviously in terms of cage drivers (we wouldn't put a foot wrong would we?)?
I'll kick the ball rolling with mine: Speeding - but not just any old thing. Sure many, if not most, on the forums are probably 'obey 30s, 40s' types but out of town on national speed limit is fair game. Would that be about right? Anyway, can't stand it when a car is doing about 50 on a lovely sweeping, open A road, holding eveyrone up and just generally being a nuisance. As soon as you get to a viilage where the limit drops to 30 I obey it, never know, schools, houses etc. and they just carry on at 50! So they're doing an inappropriate speed twice! Slow when its reasonably safe to go faster, waaay too fast in dangerous places. They're all over the place (think its something to do with being inside, not being to hear the wind so they have nothing to indicate their speed to them apart from the speedo) and it drives me bl**dy nuts! Er, rant over....but please feel free to vent some steam of your own! |

The worst thing most cage drivers do is put the key in the ignition.
![]() Oh and tailgating----the cause of by far the majority of out of town crashes.

people who dont thank you for letting them go....or people who don let you go.....people who narrow the gaps between cars so you cant pass through...no indicating...poor road positioning...on a dual carrige way and being in the right hand lane when there is no one there, and you are waiting for them to move in so you can pass but they dont....the list is endless!!!!!!

Peeps who drive and talk on their mobile. I don't think the law change has changed that habit one bit.
I see it a lot on the motorway, mostly sales rep types and truck drivers ![]() ![]() |

Then there are the drivers that hug the right side of the lane for no apparent reason. |

I got a bimmer,I ALWAYS indicate. I admit for some strange reason alot of BM drivers omit signaling their desired direction, but I for one do. |
