I've got a Remus GP can with a link pipe but the link isn't where the link is on the standard pipes. I'm going to have to cut the pipe to get the new can on. Does anyone have any advice on this? Would it be better to get all new pipes? Any help/advice would bw appreciated.

You have to cut the pipe, do a search on exhausts and Im sure you will find the best method. Hacksaw, tin opener, angle grinder. Someone else will be along soon, but if I remember the cut is made 40mm from the weld.
DO NOT CUT IT TILL SOMEONE ELSE HAS VERIFIED IT |

Thanks for that, & don't worry, I'll measure it carefully before taking any kind of cutting tool near it!
What about using a jigsaw? Anybody tried that? |
