Anyone had problems with the front brakes becoming "grabby?" I can brake lightly and hard, but i cannot transition smoothly from light to hard (it goes from smoothe to very hard braking, making me lunge forward). Anybody else had similar problems? Its a naked KY

Yes I have and it turned out to be the hand lever pivot was dry and stiff. This gave exactly the symptom you mention.

As Graham says take the brake lever off and clean it up with some parafin or similar, then re grease with a light coating of general purpose grease. Check the knobbly bit that pushes on the master cylinder has not worn a flat spot in it, if so you may be able to file it round again. (Cheers to Sid Squid for that gem)
