I wondered how long people on here have had to wait to get motosliders delivered to the UK?
I ordered mine a fortnight ago, and still no sign. The company are not responding to phone, email or IM either which isn't terribly impressive. They charged my card within two days though! ![]() I realise they are coming all the way from the US, and may well be held up in customs, but I thought they'd be here by now. As a newbie, riding around without them seems to be tempting fate! |

It was about 10 days for mine to arrive. That was with a slight delay as well due to them running out of material (emailed me when i ordered to let me know this)

I was in 2 or 3 days. Are you on SV Rider? Nate posts on there, if you're not I can pass on a message... It's not so much a company, as one guy.

Mine took about 4 days. I found their customer service excellent, keeping in touch with what was in stock etc. There must be a genuine reason for not contacting you, especially as it's only one guy.

yeah, I got mine pretty quick, and that was even after I got an email apologizing saying he was out of stock for swing arm sliders, and it was still quick.
He is a good guy is our nate. |

Thought I'd post an update for posterity...
I did eventually contact Nate via the forum at svrider.com, he told me that he'd been replying to my emails but they were bouncing back. Anyway, two weeks had passed since I ordered at this point, and Nate said he had posted my order two weks ago but that he had no way of tracking its whereabouts so he would send a new set out. The new set did eventually arrive another two weeks later, but they did unfortunately get stuck at customs and it cost me 20 quid to release them. So, all in all I'm happy, despite the total delviery time of 28 days and the slow/unreliable communication with Nate, he did seem genuinely keen to make sure I was taken care of. The total cost wound up being a rather hefty £87 for a set of front and rear sliders once I'd paid the VAT and ParcelForce release fee (w*nkers). Fitting literally took 5 minutes, and the finished result looks good and I hope it will do the job ![]() Hope that helps someone in the future.... marc |
