Help I heard that the SV cannot do wheelies for an extended time, and if they do the motor won't pick up oil resulting in a blown motor, is this true or false?
Someone told me that is why my motor blew, and have they fixed the problem on the new ones yet? |

Why are you shouting?
It's true on early models. There may have been a recall because of an oil pickup problem (can't remember). Can't say that it has been fixed on newer models. Extended wheelies are going to have the bike in a position it wasn't really designed for. PS Welcome. |

Bikes(two wheeled) were designed to be ridden with both wheels on the ground.

yes it's true, if you do extended wheelies, be prepared to have engine problems
there really isn't much they can do short of making a dry sump oiling system the SV is a budget bike, don't expect suzuki to redesign it into a stunt bike |
