Default Flashing their lights...

Why when I'm not completely obeying all the road traffic laws do people insist on flashing their lights at me once I've gone by. Its not like at that point I'm going to go 'Oh my god, I didn't realise what I was do and now I will correct the error of my ways'!

Or was my **** hanging out?

Get it sometimes, being flashed by a car coming the other way when I'm overtaking. I don't overtake unless there's space, after all I've got more to lose than them. Worries me that their depth perception is so utterly appaling they can't tell this.

Probably more to do with the fact that you've woken them up

"Eek there's a motorbike on my side of the road"
"I know, I'll flash my lights at them"
"Hah that got 'im"
"Sorry, what were you saying" *

*carries on conversation on mobile phone . . .

Damn, it can't be that then. My mate rides with full beam and gets flashed constantly.

Maybe they are also saying 'Nice bike, mate' but your cans too loud to hear the compliment

Seriously, they all think your riding like a **** and trying to tell you that

Tend to find it's silver cars with day glo markings that flash the most. I know I saw you the first time no need to turn those blue lights on. Chavs eh what they like
