Go to a local meet or whenever you see someone with a helmet, just say hi. Its not exatly rocket science.

Oh and if that fails, hang a sign round your neck saying 'billy no mates, please ring...'

Yeah Jon

Depending on where you live in/around londinium, theres meets nearly every week

Selkent meet every other wednesday in Riverhead (nr sevenoaks) (Next wednesday being the next one)

Guildford massive meets every other Thursday (Pryford Lock, Nr Woking) tonight was a meet

Soho massive meets every week (Frith street in erm...soho) Tomorrow night

Essex Lounge boyz n girlz meets every other friday i believe (Somewhere in essex) Tomorrow being thier next meet.

Rideouts are sometimes arranged by the Guildford lot, and Selkent, and occasionaly the Essex lot. The soho lot just drink coffee and generaly join in the above rides.

All in all im sure there are peeps out there that you can hook up with and have some biking chums.

Actually the Guildford Massive are trying to arrange their first rideout since it reorganised itself for meets a few months back. It's not that massive!

I used to ride on my own for about 3 years untill my mate finally got a bike but i'm also going to to the Nurburgring with guys (and gal) off this site next week so will have some more 'biker mates' soon. You should be able to get out with plenty of people off this site, especially living in London.

I've heard via the Soho board the police have clamped down on the Chelsea Bridge meet in the last few weeks.

hey Jon

yeh it sounds totaly gay man. Who wants to ride about with a bunch of blokes in tight leather, eeeewwwwwwwwww.

Oh no wait, i do! And when i got the bike 2 yrs ago my best mate had just sold his R6 and wasnt going back to bikes. Then i found this place and went to one of the Soho meets. Loads of nice peeps and now i'm never short of a ride with cool peeps any weekend.

I've also learnt a lot by riding with peeps of diffrent abilities and skills so its deffo a good thing to get into.

Get yourself up to Soho one of the weeks (beore the good weathers one) and you'll see for yourself. Chelsea Bridge can be a bit intimidating if you go by yourself and dont know anyone.
