Didnt watch it but totally agree with the above - that would sort a lot of problems out I bet....

Hah, I don't want young offenders with military training out there I'd sooner they sit at home and smoke hash, that way I'll be able to outrun them.

hehe - fair point - but the point is hopefully it will weed (pardon the pun!) a lot of them out - but then again, saying that the worst offenders will still offend but as you say have military training! Doh!
