Quick! recommend me dead easy songs for acoustic guitar
I'm armed with my mighty repertoire of 20 or so songs for Reading, along with my tiny Crafter guitar, but there's a problem- they're all songs I like, and nobody likes songs I like but me
 I think 10 of them are Carter USM  So, using preferrably only roots, no barres (can't do barre chords worth a damn on acoustic, the only exception I make is F#m), what songs can I knock out in a day that other people will ever have heard of apart from me, my brother, my mate Graham, and his mate Robert? This isn't false modesty, I'm extremely rubbish...

theres a few songs from the tragically hip i learned in about 10 mins....wheat kings is a good one, easy easy....hotel california is suprisingly easy also, hey joe by hendrix is not bad either. wish i could think of more but iv had my after dinner drink(s).
sorry for the spelling, if I managed to do any that is
