Default Anyone with a bike license in cambridgeshire?

Are any of u guy living in the camb area? If so does anyone wanna give me a lift to the local test centre for my driving test? Would have to with me as pillion on my own bike. you could leave your bike at my place and pick it up afterwards. would make it worth yer while.

Failing that do u think the examiner would grass me up to the pigs if i just rode it there myself?

Your words on the Anti-speed Bike thread. Interesting contrast to your just avowed intention to ride a bike with NO licence! But as long as you don't ride at 100mph I suppose it's ok!!![/b]

Lets see. Do you think the examiner would take you out on the test if you arrive unlicensed and uninsured? And having given an instant fail [as this would be since you would be breaking several laws] what do you think they will do if you attempt to ride home equally uninsured and unlicensed?

Dont do it - it would be an instant fail if the examiner realises, or at least dont publicise it on this forum that you rode uninsured and unlicensed. You'll get very short shrift from people.

Eh??? I didnt read that as an "avowed intention". Hed hardly be asking for a lift if that was the case imo. I saw it more as a hypothetical question.

What Lyn says - instant fail and likely reported too. Not worth it.

Not that you would do much. Because if you got threatening, that would guarantee a call to the old bill. Or a phone call to them while you were riding home. But I hardly think you have any right to complain - you would be breaking the law. And if you cant accept responsibility for your actions - dont do them.

Oh and under the Police Reform Act, they can quite legitimately seize your bike.

i'll **** them aswell - the bar stewards.

Seriously though - if nobody volunteers to ride me there then i'll just have to bite the bullet and pay the £200 my local bike school wants for a pick up and half day tuition before my test.

i really had no intention of riding there on my own - or ****ing anybody - i was just horsin - honest.
