toyota avensis d
anyone own and avensis the new shape one? have been looking at them and i really like what i see. all reports welcome all models both fuels.

Kwak my brother is a mechnic in a Toyota dealer. What age Avensis are you looking at ? I'll give him a shout and ask him for specifics if you like.
I remember he said that they'd had a lot of engine problems on one particular model Avensis. I think it was the petrol one though. Rattly top ends, using lots of oil and blown bottom ends.

Aye course I can no trouble. He has a Corolla with that engine in. He wouldnt have bought one if they were any trouble.

yes 03 onwards petrol or diesel all depends on price, would be good to know the best model to go for.
