Snowdonia -> NEC Bike Show

OK, I know there's another thread asking who will be going, but I now know that I will be

Figured I'd post here, incase anyone else was going same day & wanted to meet up either there or on the way there/back.

I'll post a proper route up later when I know what I'm doing, but my thoughts at the moment are:

Leave Anglesey & head for Birmingham on 28th Oct. This will either be along the A55/M56 down M6 or more likely, down the A5 then just around Birmingham to the NEC. £13 a ticket in advance, spend the saturday there.

Saturday night will see me heading either for Oxford or Sheffield. Probably Sheffield, and the route I haven't even looked at. Then I'll crash at a mates on Saturday night (either Oxford or Sheffielf tbc with my mates) and head back home probably late on sunday.

I'll be taking the SV, non of this pansy car driving for me, and shopping whilst there.

I know I owe a few beers to folks from the forum, so let this be your first chance to claim them (1 beer per claim per rideout :P )

Would be good to meet up with the folks of the .org, even better to go for a ride. Also, if it helps tempt anyone, the off road event at the NEC is apparently free, and they provide all required kit, so you'll probably find me rolling (literally) in the dirt!
