Ming, I would agree that on high speed corners (100mph plus) with a fair bit of lean that the rigidity of the fork assembly is not what it could be! I have a fork brace on order from Holeshot.com that should arrive today or tomorrow, that I am hoping will make a difference.

I had a Superbrace fitted to my mk1 SV. Not sure it did much but it looked cool in polished Ali.
I was surprised that Suzuki didn't fit the usual cheap steel version that goes under the mudguard, most of my older bikes always had them. John

Ok boys and girls, which is the best combination of oil and whose springs ? - 12ish stone , crap roads , pretty fast and smooth ( well thats what tey tell me)

Well, the Holeshot fork brace finally turned up last week and has been installed. It is a very well machined product and fits on very easily.
It does make the front end more stable through high speed corners that aren't perfectly smooth, so is a worthwhile purchase for me. |
