Default Application for membership please

I herby submit my application for membership of the Soho Massive!

I have got a new job in London, and with the train at £22 a day (yes I know season ticket works out cheaper) I intend to commute by bike.

I know SV Ecosse have the reputation of crashing, but it seems to me there's a fair few in the massive that have suffered off's, hit & runs etc. so I am open to any advice as it's a bit worrying
Anyone riding in the Guildford to Berkley Square direction, I' love to ride in with (or anyone with tips on route).

Cheers
Stuart

Oh well, Billy no mates here
Guess no ones going to welcome me into the fold, no welcome to the Madhouse for me.
No riding up to London with anyone,
No advice on how not to get knocked off, parking tickets, stolen, etc. particularly in London.

And here was I quite proud of getting a new job.

Oh well, carry on

Just take it easy. Be realistic about your journey time and you should be ok.

Riding in London can be fun but every now and then you will hanker after some proper roads without lights every 300m.

Mind the speed camera at the top section of the A3 where it starts to narrow - somebody had torched it, but they've replaced it recently. There are more further up as well

Other than that, you'll be getting a lot of practice at filtering

Parking can be a pain in central London - it'll be easier as the winter approaches as the summer scooterists crawl back under their stones and won't re-emerge until Easter.

I'm usually onto the A3 by the Tolworth Tower around 7:30, but I'm heading south to the M25 - I'll wave as I go past

See you at Frith Street on Friday

well perhaps we want to find out whether you're a weirdo or not before offering to go out riding with you, etc

lucky for you though i'm quite tolerant of weirdos, plus even luckier i come in from Woking most days so can show you in via the A3. when do you start the job?

Well I thought you know me quite well, from the AR06, having spoken at the Anchor a few times, met up at Newlands Corner for a rideout from Boxhill already?
I start on Thursday, but will take the train the first day til I find out what it's like for getting changed etc.
