Default Fork Issue

Is it possable that if you have a bent fork tube that if left unfixed that it somehow could wear out the fork lower? I know the bends usaly happen at the top of RWU forks, but somehow the angles may cause the wear to happen.

I think it is possible, depending on where the bend is - eg if it is just below the bottom yoke then it probably would not wear, but if it is anywhere lower than that, then maybe....

do you *know* that you've got a bend? what is the problem that you're seeing? I would think that the bushes would wear out before the tubes themselves

Ive sorted the bend, i replaced the tube with a spare i had which is straight. Bike rattles in the corners and over uneven ground.
