Default just fitted my cousins scorpion.

he purchased his s/steel oval scorp from the NEC and told me i had to fit it! well its the 2nd one ive done so piece of pi$$ really just feel abit weird cutting someone elses new bike up with a disk cutter. so i removed the foot peg and heel plate out the way, cut the pipe (5 min job) fitted the link pipe (easy) fitted the can (easy) fitted the can hanger strap ( WRONG BLOODY ONE! ) its an inch too long in length? now my oval scorp is 15 inches and his new oval scop is 14 inches?
have i got the wrong can? or the wrong strap kit?

Probably the wrong strap, if it's too big, for now you can put some inner-tube between the bracket and the pipe to fill it out. Do not drive it with the hanger bracket loose. Other than that rob the hanger off yours and swap it out.

Phone Scorpion I'm sure they'll post you another one.

Did he get the link pipe for fitting the original back on.
At least he will be "on the road" if he has it.
