Default Vstrom handguards on a pointy fairy

Don't ask me to justify it, but decided to get hand guards instead of heated grips.
If you're of a similar mind these photos might help.
Yes steering lock is slightly restricted, but I have tried to show that it's not by much - mainly because they look made for the bike and meet the fairing beautifully.

How much were they? Good mod that, always been tempted but I've got hardly any clearance with the LSLs.

i've been tempted by that too - then you can leave them on all year round. Do they make much difference?

I've heard too many horror stories about people who've died in an off simply because rather than being catapulted over the offending car, their hands get caught in the guards and they get catapulted onto the offending car...

Nonononononononono... defo not a mod for me.

I haven't heard of bikers being thrown into other vehicles due to them, but still, the last line of Ping's post is perfect!
