Well, seeing as it gives me an extra 90min for a lie-in, RobSV and I shall be meeting at the public amenities at Boreham services on the A12 at 12 noon today.
Now this begs the question...its not early morning and it is the latest we've met for a ride...is it late enough for the essex lounge moderator to join a ride?

Why did you pull over on the A12 so suddenly I had that escort so far up my exhaust that had I pulled over he and his missus would have been on the seat with me
Anyway, nice to see Steve again and yes the roads were wet and slippy and suffolk was cold but the roads all the way home from colchester were dry so I had a lovely play all the way home...even managed to get rid of the 15mm wide chicken strips

After applying for a mortgage and then some confusion about whether the flat is leasehold / freehold round my mum's yesterday I phoned up today to find it's in fact freehold.

My mortgage people won't give mortgages for freehold flats (It said it was leasehold on the details so I put in leasehold on the form) so I've had to cancel it. I'd already paid for the survey to be done and they'd arranged to do it tomorrow. I hope i don't have any probs getting my money back...

So now I've got to find another mortgage lender. Hoorah.

My buyers have paid their fees so we're just waiting on the surveyors to arrange an appointment.
