... I've got 'Man-flu'!

Feeling groggy, worn out, achey with a bit of a sniff. Should be able to shake it off and get on with stuff, but just can't manage to summon up that tiniest of effort to break through the 'feeling crappy' barrier.

There're no two ways about it - I've got Man-flu.

I'm currently signed off work sick - I don't want to have to be ill as well.

Nah, it's got to be Man-flu as although I feel like utter crap, can barely move from the sofa to pull a blanket over my head and have finally retreated back to bed with a stack of DVDs and my laptop - I know that if I put even just one braincell's worth of energy into the effort - I'd could go about some semblence of a normal life...

oh dear ...... give in to it and have a lazy day or two ..... then remember how great it is when you feel better, you feel like you could take on the world. The weather is sh*t so you not missing much in truth

Speaking of feeling ill, has anyone ever needed to sneeze whilst riding? Can't even begin to image the mess it would make.

I am also dreading getting a cold, as the bike is my only form of transport now, and dont want to be snotting in my helmet. Sorry to send the thread off on a tangent.
