Default Fuel Cap Rim

I need a new metal rim for my fuel tank because the metal is starting to flake. But I can't seem to find any without having to get the locking part too. Anyone got any good links for me :P

I have been given a new one by Suzuki via ESB in Bolton under warranty for the same reason as you (flaking around the bolt holes)and it came with a lock. So I now have a key for ignition and one for the fuel cap.

Yeh thats what mine is doing. And that's exactly why I didn't want to buy a totally new one(two keys).
Can't you just take the pin out of the hinge and use the original locking part?

I must admit, I wanted to, but ESB wanted the original part to send back to Suzuki as it was a warranty claim. TBH, it isn't that much of a faff as I have the ignition key on one keyring and the new key, along with the bike chain keys, gate key and house key on a second ring which I keep in a small tank bag (Hein Gerike).
