Whenever I list something on ebay I never know when to do it to make the most cash, so what are peoples opinions here?

Ending Sunday evening is always a winner. People are bored but tend not to go out on Sundays. Hence there's more people on eBay at that time.

I always list stuff on a 10 day listing, starting on a Thursday evening - then you get two full weekends worth of viewing and it finishes on the final Sunday evening...
I find that works (for me anyway ![]() |

The 'Thurs - Sun' does sound good - but it can depend on what you are selling...
... or rather who your target market is. Look at it this way - have you noticed the drop off in postings over the weekend on a forum? Many people actually spend more 'idle time' on the internet when at work - so for somethings ending an auction on a Friday afternoon or lunchtime can catch alot of bored people looking to do something to liven up the last few hours of boredom before leaving work! ![]() |

No. Charges are not dependant on duration - unless you've got a store and then the longer term listings are cheaper.
