I am about to fit my fairing lowers.
The lower right engine mount nut needs to come off to fit the mounting bracket. Can anyone tell me if this nut comes off with a normal socket? Or do you need the special Suzuki tool since the other end has the suzuki thrust spacer, with the four slots at 90 degrees. Suppose it could be my crappy 3/8" wrench can't get any purchase on it as it's only an 8" handle. Any advice appreciated. Cheers |

castle an old socket to get it off, not hard and a dam sight cheaper than the Suzuki tool, or ask someone local may have one already you could borrow.
Cheers Mark.
